1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DayQuest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of service

DayQuest provides a childcare management platform including staffing, enrollment management, daily reporting, attendance tracking, billing, and communication tools for childcare centers, educators, and families.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use DayQuest only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to DayQuest. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

6. Payment terms

Centres are billed monthly, based on the number of enrolled children, as described on our pricing page. There are no annual contracts, and you may cancel at any time; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current month. Substitute cover is billed per shift worked. Tuition that families pay online is processed by Stripe into the centre's own Stripe account; Stripe's processing fee applies and DayQuest adds no fee to it. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.

7. Limitation of liability

DayQuest is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
